Tucked away behind the trees of Grand Beach is this single family home providing privacy and seclusion. Your only company…the sounds of nature.
 
A contemporary two story home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king sized bed and its own private bath. Two more bedrooms are upstairs along with the second full bath. One bedroom has a queen and one twin, the second bedroom has three twins.
 
With an open living room / dining room combination with sliders on two walls leading out to the wrap around deck allows for the outdoors to be enjoyed year round - whether you're inside or out. The wrap around deck has a large outdoor table and plenty of chairs to sit and listen to nature. A creek runs on two sides of the property and it is not uncommon to find deer wandering through the stream or walking by the house making sure you are behaving. There is also a small fire-pit by the stream to fully immerse yourself in the outdoor life. You will feel like you have escaped away to a home in the woods but you are right by the beach and everything Harbor Country has to offer.
 
Private and approx a 5 min walk to the beach makes this the perfect location to enjoy both peace and quiet, but not to far from New Buffalo (just a 5 min drive) to make it comfortable to go out for an evening meal or visit one of the many downtown shops of New buffalo.
 
As a note, cable TV is not available for the property and TV reception is poor. There is a DVD player which will stream NetFlix and Pandora and great wireless internet to keep in touch with the outside world.
 
For the sports enthusiasts, try a round of golf at the Grand Beach golf course or play a round of tennis at the Grand Beach courts.
