This "Science Lab" has been converted into an experiment of relaxation in downtown New Buffalo. What was formerly the old high school in New Buffalo is now a lofty 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex in the popular Schoolhouse Cottages development.
 
As you sit on the back porch of the property you are overlooking the development's pond and association swimming pool which is just steps away from the property. There is plenty of space for the kids to run around, a small playground and if the mood strikes you, you can try your hand at pickleball - a miniature version of tennis. There is also Darts, Bocce Ball and Bean Bag toss.
 
If you want to enjoy downtown, you are right off of Whittaker street and a couple of blocks gets you to in the middle of the marina, beach and shops and restaurants.
 
The condo has 2 master suites on the top floor, each with its own sitting area. Each suite also has a full bath. There is a third bedroom and full bath on the main floor and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are also 2 twin pull-out beds upstairs. The kitchen, dining and living area are open to one another and spacious with 10 foot ceilings. A great location for the family to gather and very easy to bring the outdoors in.
