A 2 - 3 bedroom townhouse in the heart of New Buffalo with a shared pool and all the amenities you can imagine. Literally steps to everything with views of the marina and historic downtown. Combine this unit with Stone's Throw and/or TownCenter and you can have one big gathering place for your family and friends.
 
Seaglass has the exact same layout as Stone's Throw. The units literally are mirror images of one another (outside of the paint colors) and are right next to one another in the complex. TownCenter is the end unit closest to the pool.
 
Set one street off the main road in New Buffalo, Seaglass is where you want to be. Walk to everything in town, the beach, the restaurants, marina, shops; all of it is within a minute or 2. This 2 bedroom townhouse is only a few years old with everything you could want, inside and out. The pool is shared by only 6 units (the smallest ratio anywhere). The top floor has 2 bedrooms each with their own full bath and balcony and one bedroom has its own fireplace. The main floor has a fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, television, books/games, another 1/2 bath, a fully stocked kitchen and dining area. The basement can be used as a 3rd bedroom, having a queen sized sleeper sofa and full bath, as well as an entertainment room with television and DVD player.
