This 3 bedroom single family house sits right by the lake between New Buffalo and Union Pier. The house is on Marquette Road, which you can drive or bike to downtown New Buffalo and see all the lakefront homes along the way.
 
The house has deeded beach rights to a private beach and is just a short walk down to the shore. You are centrally located between two great towns but tucked away where you can have some privacy.
 
The main room is open to one large space for the living, dining and kitchen. A large open deck stretches the entire back of the house and can be accessed from the living room and master suite. One guest room has a queen bed, and the other has 2 twin beds. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath which includes a steam shower and jetted tub for two.
 
When you are done playing down at the beach, the house has its own outdoor shower to clean off. The back of the house opens up to a large wooded area where you can sit back and enjoy the summer or relax on the Adirondack chairs in the front.
