A new (2007) 2 story bungalow in the second phase of Pier 9 Bungalows in the heart of Union Pier. This unit sits in the middle of a rather popular development in Harbor Country.
 
As you relax in the large screened-in porch, you overlook the landscaped common area for the development. The first floor is all one big living space. The kitchen, dining and living areas all combine into one for a great entertainment area. If you want to bring the outdoors in, you can open the French doors to the porch and it adds more room to gather.
 
The upstairs has 3 bedrooms (queens) and 2 of them open onto the large sun deck where you can catch the summer sun. The association pool is just steps away where you can cool down and have plenty of pool chairs to relax. If the beach is what you want, all you need to do is take a short walk to the end of the street and the path is right there.
 
The Bungalow has all the perks - a 42" flat screen, wireless internet, unlimited long distance, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Who would want to go back home especially when Frankie's Restaurant and the Casual Chef are right around the corner?
