As you sit on the back porch of the property you are overlooking the development's pond and association swimming pool which is just steps away from the property. There is plenty of space for the kids to run around, a small playground and if the mood strikes you, you can try your hand at pickleball – a miniature version of tennis. There is also Darts, Bocce Ball and Bean Bag toss.
If you want to enjoy downtown, you are right off of Whittaker street and a couple of blocks gets you to in the middle of the marina, beach and shops and restaurants.
