Welcome to the Schoolyard. This 4 bedroom home sits in the middle of the popular Schoolhouse Lofts in downtown New Buffalo. A large open house, assoc. pool, scenic pond, close proximity to the lake and all of town. What else do you need?
This 4 bedroom house is great for the family, especially those with kids. There are a ton of games and toys for the young ones to play with. The house is setup well for the little ones with a gate at the top of the stairs and outlet covers. The living, dining, kitchen, screened-in porch and master bedroom all are set on the first floor. There are another 3 bedrooms upstairs and one more full bath. Plenty of space for all – all the beds are queens.
The house sits on a cul-de-sac and is rather quiet with lots of yard space all around it. You can sit on the front porch with the porch swing and watch the neighbors walk by. The development is across the street from Hannahs and is just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and beach in downtown New Buffalo. Great location for a family to be by the atmosphere of downtown but tucked out of the way from all the activity.
